Terms of Service
Back to LoginEffective Date: March 20, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Clinical AI Supervision Studio (CAISS). By using CAISS, you agree to comply with these terms and with any additional institutional, program, or study-specific requirements that apply to your use of the platform.
1. Purpose of the Platform
CAISS is an educational and research-oriented platform designed to support case-based learning, reflection, and evaluation of how clinicians supervise AI-assisted clinical work. CAISS is not offered as a substitute for professional clinical judgment, institutional policy, or direct patient care systems.
2. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their accounts. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by unauthorized persons.
3. Acceptable Use
Users may use CAISS only for authorized educational, research, or programmatic purposes. Users may not attempt to disrupt the platform, bypass access controls, upload malicious material, or use the system in a manner that violates law, institutional policy, or the rights of other users.
4. Clinical and AI Limitations
AI-generated content in CAISS may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Users are expected to evaluate AI output critically. CAISS content is intended for learning and supervised evaluation; it should not be relied on as definitive medical advice or used in place of appropriate clinical oversight.
5. User Content
Users retain responsibility for the content they enter into the platform. Users must not upload real patient identifiers or other confidential information unless expressly authorized under an approved institutional process. By using the platform, users grant CAISS and its authorized operators the right to store, review, and analyze submitted content for platform operation, education, assessment, and research purposes.
6. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these terms, institutional rules, research requirements, or security policies, or if access is no longer authorized for programmatic reasons.
7. Disclaimer
CAISS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, CAISS and its operators disclaim liability for losses arising from platform use, misuse, or reliance on platform content.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect platform development, operational needs, legal requirements, or institutional guidance. Continued use of CAISS after updates means you accept the revised terms.
